To exchange/ return an item, please follow following steps:
1) Please kindly contact our customer service by Live Chat or ventas@1vestido.es within 3 days after you receive your package, including an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return.
2) Once our company has approved your request, we will send you the returning address. Please send the package back no longer than 5 days and at the same time offer us relevant courier & tracking information.
3) When we receive your package, your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. After confirmation of return products and carefully inspection, please allow up a short period of time for it to be credited back to your account. If items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and we will contact you for further handling.

Please Notice:
1. Please DO NOT return a package without contacting us.
2. Please return the package within 5 days once you’ve confirmed the returning address and at the same time tell us detailed tracking information of the returned package. Otherwise, you will be taken as to keep the item.
