For orders of a not yet paid, no need to contact us to cancel it. Even if we send you a reminder email, nor will we begin to execute orders until we receive a full payment.
If you want to cancel a paid order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you submit a request within 24 hours, your money will be an unconditional full refund. If the request is for more than 24 hours, we will respond to you based on your order status and there may be requests for additional or other expenses. If the package has been delivered, we cannot cancel or change an order. If you just want to keep your previous projects, adding products, you do not need to cancel it. Please contact us; we will deal with it, usually at no extra cost. If you cancel the order request is approved, you can request a refund or credit your payment for the purchase of the future.
For cancellation request about the order of custom items, you'll receive a full refund if you submit a request within 24 hours. Within 24 to 48 hours to cancel the order will be eligible for a partial refund, and once your order has been started in the production process, it can no longer be canceled.
Note: We strongly recommend that you told us before placing orders more about your request or suggestion that will save you valuable time. If we can not meet your request, we will let you know as soon as possible. General customization process is 7 - 15 days.
